Herb Troyer

President / CEO

Herb Troyer is President and founder of TruTek Framing Systems LLC. Being a native of Delaware, Herb started his career in 1987 as a wood truss designer.  He gained valuable knowledge of trusses and the business which helped him and his two partners launch a successful cold formed steel truss manufacturing company in 2000. After sixteen years with this company, Herb’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to Greenville, SC to start TruTek Framing Systems in 2016. He is passionate about building a high quality team with a family culture. He believes creating a unified team that understands how to serve our customers, vendors, and one another is the key to maintaining a healthy and successful business.

Outside of his role at TruTek, Herb is a family man. He is married to his wife of 30+ years, and they have 7 children. He leads by example with his Godly values and putting family first. Integrity and generosity are top priorities for Herb’s personal life and work life.
